The starting wage for this position is $17.00 per hour for regular hours worked, with regular increases.

Employment Support Professionals provide assistance to people with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment consistent with their vocational goals and ambitions. Employment Support Professionals are required to perform all duties in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and rules.


Some of the services you may provide include assisting individuals with obtaining information about their benefits, and how employment may affect those benefits, continuously  assessing the individual’s vocational functioning using observation, background information, and work experiences, assisting with job development and search activities, including contacting employers to learn about the needs of their businesses, and how they may benefit from such services, assisting with maintaining employment, including follow along supports, implementation of support plan elements, and requests for accommodations, and assistance with educational supports when requested.​


Note: This is a part-time position for services based primarily in Butler County, Ohio.

Compensation

Employees will receive double-time pay, up to eight (8) hours, for shifts worked on the Company's seven (7) premium holidays, and time and a half, up to eight (8) hours for shifts worked on the Company's five (5) standard holidays.

Employment Service Professional

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new employees, paid over their first year with the Company.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application, have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, have a safe and reliable vehicle available to use during shift hours to transport individuals receiving services, and have at least state-minimum automobile insurance. 


Applicants must also be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and be able to carry, push, pull, bend, transfer, stoop and walk safely without assistance.
